Our Sauvignon Blanc style is complex yet clean, fresh and aromatic.  In the winery we aim to release the classic varietal tropical notes, as well as citrus and a touch of Marlborough herbaciousness, while ensuring these characters remain in balance with each other.

To enhance the textural elements of Sauvignon Blanc we ferment a small percentage of the final blend in French Oak barrels, and also use post-fermentation yeast lees to build texture and mouthfeel.  The wine is made to be drunk young, but has the ability to last and develop further complexity over the years.
